CPC Training Consultants Ltd. are Matrix approved to Deliver IAG and we take pride in our Company’s ability to support individuals and companies with Career, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance to benefit their individual needs and to support with their personal or professional development and progression.

The Matrix Standard is the Department for Education’s (DfE) standard for ensuring the quality of the delivery of high-quality information, advice and guidance.

We are passionate about working closely with our clients to ensure not only the successful completion of every qualification but that clients are able to feel supported throughout all stages of learning and training. The same levels of support are available whether you are training here on CPC Training Consultants Ltd. premises or if we are training or assessing in your workplace.

We offer impartial information, advice and guidance naturally through the relationships we build with those we work with and support or even to those who call our Office for general enquiries. We do have structured practices in place to determine your training needs prior to any training activities and we always aim to ensure that our clients are able to make informed decisions about learning, training and work opportunities based on their needs and circumstances.

Our Office and Recruitment Staff are able to confidently give clients and their staff the required support to help make decisions about the courses and qualifications they or their staff may wish to study. Our Tutors and Assessors are then able to maintain high levels of IAG throughout the learning journey once qualifications and training have commenced on an individual or group basis.

We don’t stop there though! We will give further support once qualifications or training have completed as we support transition into new roles, sectors, further training or higher education. It really depends on our clients needs and wants. We help to provide the solutions!
